Setup and Activation

Installation: Install your eSIM a couple of days before your trip to Sri Lanka. Ensure "Data Roaming" is enabled in your smartphone settings for this eSIM.
Activation: Your data plan will automatically activate upon arrival at your destination.
Compatibility: Compatible with all smartphones that support eSIM technology
Delivery Time: Instant delivery immediately after purchase.
SMS: Not available.
Calls: Not available, but you can use apps (VOIP) for calling.
Speed: 3G/4G/LTE/5G. Speeds may vary depending on the location in Sri Lanka. 5G is not guaranteed.
Refund: eSIMs can be refunded if unused.

1. Scan the QR Code
Open your camera or QR code scanner and scan the code provided. This will begin the eSIM installation process.
2. Set Up Your Device
Make sure your Wi-Fi is on, then go to your mobile settings to activate the eSIM profile. Don’t forget to enable data roaming toggle for the eSIM to work properly.

Notes:

Install your eSIM before departure to ensure connectivity as soon as you land.
If you experience any issues during installation, do not delete the eSIM. Contact us immediately for assistance.
