PrimaSim provides travel eSIM profiles ("eSIM") for travelers worldwide who want to stay connected at their destination.

The eSIM is delivered as a QR Code, not a physical SIM card, and is compatible only with specific devices listed on our eSIM compatibility page.

Prices

The cost of the eSIM depends on the country and the type of plan you choose.

All eSIM prices are clearly displayed on PrimaSim’s website, along with detailed descriptions of each plan. All prices are in United States Dollars

Please note that eSIM plans cannot be used once their data allowance is exhausted or their validity period expires.

Prices listed on our website may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Liability and Warranty

PrimaSim is not liable for any issues arising from the unavailability or intermittent availability of the proposed service. PrimaSim does not guarantee uninterrupted access to network services. For assistance, please contact us

Privacy Policy

At PrimaSim, protecting your privacy is our top priority. We are committed to delivering secure global connectivity you can trust. Our goal is to ensure transparency in how we collect and use your data. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you purchase a PrimaSim product or access PrimaSim Services. PrimaSim, as the service provider, or third-party services authorized by PrimaSim, automatically collect data when users interact with PrimaSim Products & Services. This includes user activity, purchases, app updates, content engagement, and login details such as cookies, device information, and IP addresses. These are used for user identification, API logging, and customer support. Information related to users’ roaming service usage is also automatically collected, including location, data session duration, data usage, and network connection status. This data is used for service access and billing purposes. Importantly, PrimaSim does not store the content of personal calls, SMS, data-based messages, or data sessions. PrimaSim’s Customer Support team uses user data to identify and resolve any issues or concerns. In some cases, additional user details may be requested for thorough investigations. Where necessary, user data may be shared with third-party vendors to address issues beyond PrimaSim’s control.

Communications

PrimaSim uses email, text messages, and push notifications to keep users informed about service availability, policy updates, network interruptions, order confirmations, pricing adjustments, account information, and exclusive promotions. If you subscribe to our mailing list or newsletter, your email will be included in our database for commercial or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in these emails. Essential service-related updates, such as security or legal notices, cannot be opted out. Refund Policy

You can request a refund if these conditions are met:

  • Within 30 Days: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Unused eSIM: The eSIM must not be activated or used. Once activated, refunds are not available.
  • Technical Problems: If you can’t activate or use the eSIM due to technical issues, contact our support team for help.
